Wedding Nightmares

And so they have begun. Wedding nightmares, you suck. I already am a very paranoid and anxiety ridden person. The absolute last thing I need is to be getting restless sleep thanks to stupid nightmares! Just to clarify, I still always have bad dreams. I wake up probably 2-3 times a week beyond freaked out and tell Jordan about my latest dream in the morning. And usually, it always results with him being brutally murdered or killed. And I see it happen, every time. Yes, I see myself in my own dreams, witnessing Jordan getting killed. Or else it's Paisley getting ran over by a car. Or me and Janelle getting sucked up in a tornado and thrown out of a building. And it's no wonder why I have these types of nightmares.....because all of those events scare me to my inner-most core and being. I would become a legit crazy person if any of those ever happened and would have to be locked up because I would most definitely lose my mind.

So back to these wedding nightmares. These are no joke. The first one I had took me by surprise. I saw myself at the reception and suddenly, all of these people from my hometown started showing up. As in, some people I graduated high school with AND their parents. Mind you, it was none of the people on the invite list. Even if we had a C List for invites, they wouldn't have made that cut! Somehow, all of these people found out when and where the wedding was and crashed it! Ughh, not cool. I've had also had the dream where Jordan doesn't show up or our mom's get into a screaming match with each other or my Dad has a heartattack or our photographer's camera fails and we lose every picture he took. Or a tornado strikes on the day of the wedding! These are legit fears of mine and freak me out so much!!!!
And finally, my last dream. Literally, everything, and I mean everything started to fall apart during the ceremony and reception. The flowers and bouquets. My hair. My dress. The decorations. All of it, all of our hardwork just crumbling apart!!! Talk about a disaster!

So, with the wedding being 66 days away, I hope this isn't a nightly thing now from here on out. Tossing and turning all night or waking up in a hot sweaty mess because of these nightmares just isn't working out for me anymore. Now that means I have to shower daily to take care of my grease-tastic hair, which is also a big negative that comes from all of these bad dreams. And well, let's be honest, showering daily and washing my hair more than 3 times a week just isn't my thing. Move along nightmares, move along.
