married with taxes

Last night Jordan and I did our first real big grown-up married couple thing and we filed our taxes together! It was quite the process because we had to wait almost 3 hours but in the end, it was totally worth it because we got the taxes filed and the lady who helped us was awesome! She made sure we received every credit, for being students and in education, along with any deductions that we were supposed to receive so she got us back our maximum refund. The only thing that sucked about the whole process was we didn't eat dinner before we left so when I thought we weren't going to get our taxes filed, I started to get realllllllllly hangry. Which is a terrible combination of being hungry and angry. Not good! Oh well, we got them filled and came home to devour an entire pizza in twenty minutes then catch up on some shows before calling it a night! That's what I like to call a successful Monday and great start to the week!
