About Me

My name is Katie Lou and welcome to my blog! I'm a typical Midwesterner and so is my husband Jordan but that doesn't make us boring and bland by any means! We were both born and raised in Iowa so we bleed black & gold for the Hawkeyes. We welcomed our first baby, Everly Rose, into our lives in August and we have a crazy pup named Paisley. I sure do love my girls and my husband! I love crafting, cooking/baking, DIY projects (especially when I get Jordan to help!) but spending time with our families and friends definitely tops our list of favorite things to-do. We are young professionals entering the real world and we're excited to share all of our ups and down, laughs and cries, and whatever else we encounter with everyone!
